1. WARRANTY PERIOD

Sabre Byte Limited offers a default warranty period of three (3) months for both software and hardware solutions from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever comes latest), unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. SOFTWARE & SYSTEMS WARRANTY

During the warranty period, Sabre Byte Limited warrants that the software solutions will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Sabre Byte Limited will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective software product.

Please note that this warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, third-party software conflicts, or external factors beyond our control.

3. HARDWARE WARRANTY

For hardware solutions, Sabre Byte Limited warrants that the hardware components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Sabre Byte Limited will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective hardware product.

This warranty excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations. Additionally, any third-party components included in the hardware solution are subject to their respective manufacturers’ warranties.

4. CONSULTANTY SERVICES

Consultancy services provided by Sabre Byte Limited are sold ‘as-is,’ and no warranty is provided for these services. Sabre Byte Limited makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability or fitness for a particular purpose of consultancy services. Clients are advised to thoroughly review and discuss consultancy services prior to ordering and implementation.

5. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, please contact Sabre Byte Limited Customer Support at [email protected]. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue will be required. Sabre Byte Limited may request the return of the defective product or component for inspection.

6. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by Sabre Byte Limited. Sabre Byte Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its products or services.

This warranty is void if the product or service has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair.

7. CANCELLATION OF WARRANTY

The warranty provided by Sabre Byte Limited may be void under the following circumstances:

8. CHARGES FOR VOIDED WARRANTY

In cases where the warranty is void, Sabre Byte Limited reserves the right to charge for any work carried out or hardware/software ordered. Charges may include, but are not limited to:

  • Labor costs associated with repairs or services.
  • Costs of replacement components or parts.
  • Shipping and handling fees.

9. NOTIFICATION OF CHARGES

Sabre Byte Limited reserves the right to charge a call-out and diagnosis fee in situations where the identified fault is determined to be a result of customer mishandling or misuse of software, hardware, or services. This fee covers the time and resources expended in diagnosing issues related to customer actions that fall outside the scope of our standard warranty and service terms. Prior to initiating any charges, Sabre Byte Limited will communicate with the customer, providing details on the identified issue, the cause attributed to customer actions, and the associated call-out and diagnosis fee. We value transparency and aim to ensure a clear understanding of the circumstances leading to any potential charges.

Before any work is carried out or additional products are ordered, Sabre Byte Limited will notify the customer of the potential charges associated with the voided warranty. Customers will have the option to proceed with the services or decline them.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and defined following the laws of United Kingdom and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.

11. CHANGES TO WARRANTY POLICY

Sabre Byte Limited reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on the Sabre Byte Limited website.
